Rotometrics will continue to operate from its global headquarters in St. Louis, Missouri, with supporting offices across the globe and manufacturing facilities on five continents. Electro Optic will continue to operate its global headquarters in Germany and have a supporting office in Mumbai, India servicing India, Asia and Africa, while the Alpharetta, GA manufacturing, service, and support site will continue to service the Americas.
Rotometrics offers a most comprehensive precision converting product line, including precision rotary dies (flexible and solid dies), magnetic cylinders, adjustable anvils, print cylinders, print sleeves, and accessories. Additionally, with manufacturing and support services on five continents, Rotometrics offers broad global distribution.
Electro Optic offers critical proprietary flexible die technologies to convert progressively thinner liner substrates. Electro Optic also advanced surface treatments for the longest running thermal transfer applications. The European headquarters facilitates a highly automated state-of-the-art production environment and the growth in key markets led to the founding of Electro Optic Asia Pvt. LTD in 2010, based in Mumbai to support India, the Arab Emirates and parts of Africa and Asia.
