GERMANY • Hapa will address the topics of four-colour printing on blister packages, serialization, and digitalization at Achema (11 to 15 June 2018), the global expo for the process industries in Frankfurt. According to company with the BlisterJet CMYK Hapa is bringing splashes of colour to the pharmaceutical market – also digitally due to the new Web 4.0.
At the German trade show Achema (hall 3.1, stand E71) the company will display printing solutions for pharmaceutical applications. According to the company the BlisterJet CMYK is a late stage customization specialist, and serves as the worldwide references when it comes to the four-colour printing of graphics and text on prefabricated blister packaging. At Achema, it will demonstrate four-colour printing on aluminium blisters.
Fully ready for Industry 4.0, the Web 4.0 is designed for high-resolution printing on web materials. It can be integrated into existing packaging lines and fits seamlessly into the digital workflow. Its modular concept is based on standard components which can be combined according to requirements.
Due to the integrated digital printing module “redcube plus”, which can be scaled if desired, the system can be expanded from one to up to six spot colours or WCMYK plus lacquer, thereby allowing it to be adapted to changing production requirements. According to the company, the Web 4.0 already fulfils future serialization requirements, and is capable of printing individual data on each individual blister pocket.
