USA • Three additional Cohesio label making for the label manufacturer Buckeye Buiness Products – this agreement was announced by ETI Converting. Based in Ohio, Buckeye total use 13 ETI machines. The lines are suited for manufacturing pressure-sensitive labels.
According to ETI Converting, the Cohesio technogoloy enables the manufacture of pressure sensitive labels in a single in-line process: printing, applying silicone and adhesive, laminating and die-cutting, resulting in a final shippable product.
The new lines are equipped with the Pellicut, a high speed rotary die-cutting unit that allows the machine to die-cut on very thin liner (.72 mil) polyester film or (20 lb) SCK or glassine paper. According to the company, the Pellicut increase the lifetime of the die as well as die-cutting speed and precision.
Buckeye bought its first ETI machine in 2010. With this agreement, the US-based label manufacturer ordered its 11th , 12th and 13th line by ETI Converting.
