USA • Printing press supplier Goss International today announced the acquisition of Graphic Automation Controls, Inc. (GAC) in an asset transaction. According to Goss this deal is part of its strategy to establish industry partnerships that deliver a broad range of solutions for its customers.
GAC focuses on full PLC integration and control systems upgrades for printing and packaging presses and provides several services.
According to the companies, this acquisition will provide benefits for Goss and GAC customers by unifying its aftermarket services network. Goss further aims to enhance its drive and controls upgrade capabilities while strengthening its ability to provide service and parts to OEM equipment other than Goss.
